Painting and Decorating
Covered, properly

Insurance.

Fully insured — public liability cover on every job. Here's what that means in practice — in plain English.

Public liability

Covers accidental damage to your property and accidental injury to third parties arising from our work — the core protection every trade working in your home should carry.

Documentation on request

Landlords, letting agents and building managers often need proof of cover before work starts. Ask and we'll provide current documentation for the team on your job.

Prevention first

The best claim is the one that never happens: dust sheets, masking, careful furniture handling and tidy sites are why claims are vanishingly rare.

If something goes wrong.

Tell us straight away — on the day if possible, by WhatsApp or phone, with a photo of the issue. Small marks and snags are usually fixed on the spot or at the final walkthrough at no cost; that's what the walkthrough is for. For anything beyond a touch-up, we'll confirm the facts with you, agree the remedy in writing, and where appropriate handle it through the insurance. You will never be left chasing.

One honest note: insurance covers accidents, not wear-and-tear or pre-existing damage — which is why we photograph and flag anything already damaged before we start. It protects you as much as us.
