Rooms & surfaces
How many rooms or walls, ceiling heights, and whether ceilings and woodwork are included.
Condition & prep
Cracks, flaking paint, old wallpaper or bare plaster — honest prep needs, priced up front.
Paint choice
Quality trade paint supplied by us, or bring your own — either way it's itemised clearly.
Access & height
Standard ladders are included; towers or scaffold for high exteriors are quoted first.
Timing
Out-of-hours commercial work and tight turnarounds are planned and priced honestly.
Extras you choose
Colour consultation, spray finishes, plastering — added only when you ask for them.
Why we don't publish a price list.
Two identical-looking living rooms can be very different jobs: one has sound walls that need a light sand and two coats; the other hides hairline cracks, nicotine stains and blown plaster behind the sofa. A published price list either pads every job to cover the worst case — so most people overpay — or lures you in low and adds extras on the day.
We do neither. Send photos, get a fixed written quote that reflects your actual job, and pay exactly that. It takes us a little more effort per quote — and it's the only honest way to price decorating.

- All preparation — filling, sanding, caulking and spot-priming
- Dust sheets, masking and full floor protection
- Two coats of your chosen colour as standard
- All brushes, rollers, trays and access equipment for standard heights
- Waste removed and every room left clean and tidy
- A final walkthrough — we're not finished until you're happy
Not included
- × Paint itself, if you prefer to supply your own
- × Parking fees or permits where a property requires them
- × Structural repairs beyond a decorator's prep (we'll flag them honestly)
- × Scaffold hire for high exteriors — arranged for you and quoted first
