We're a new brand from an experienced renovation team. As jobs complete, we invite every customer to leave feedback — and we publish it here verbatim, good and bad. Under the UK's consumer protection rules (and our own standards), buying or faking reviews is off the table.
How we collect them
After the final walkthrough, every customer gets a review invitation — no cherry-picking who we ask.
How we verify them
Only feedback tied to a real job reference is published, so every word here comes from someone we actually worked for.
What we never do
No purchased reviews, no invented ratings, no deleting criticism. If we get something wrong, you'll read about it here — and how we fixed it.
